Contemplation

The suffering of life, it wraps itself around you,
and feels as if it will never let go.   Like an internal
bleeding, that seems as if it will never stop.

Sometimes we ask ourselves, if we can ever rightly
recover from such trauma's.  Is there a way out?
Will the anguish continue forever?   I think not.

The psalmist states, "weeping may endure for a
night, but joy comes in the morning."  How many
times have I been there!    Morning always comes.

This time, I need to mourn, so the morning can come.
Can you shake love?   Can you get over love?  Can
you kill love?  Can you ignore love?   Can you live with love?

The scriptures read, "The heart knows it's own bitterness".
No one knows your heart, what's truly living within,
they can only know their own.    We cannot force the heart.

Process, is exactly that.   It cannot be forced or manipulated.
It takes time, grieving, mourning, wailing, whatever is necessary
to overcome our pasts, and get to the other side.   Selah.
